After a 25 year career working in scenic shops, as an Off-Broadway electrician and as a touring stage manager and production manager, David invested his savings in the purchase of 50% of I. Weiss partnering with Stephan Weiss in 1985. Ten years later he purchased the remaining half and has continued to oversee the company's growth from 5 employees back then to 40 now. His greatest joy at work is the number of employees who have stayed with him for many years and grown in their job responsibilities. Out of work it is his wife Robyn, of 42 years and five year old Gypsy who has turned David into an avid upland bird hunter. Photo: David with his wife Robyn.
